Haha, made banana bread this morning but didn’t follow my usual mise en place and forgot the sugar 😂 (And of course a double batch 🤦‍♀️) Edible but tastes salty! Needs the sugar for balance. I put honey on top, but maybe will try a syrup solution for the rest?
